Located at Tangier Med 2 port complex, we have officially launched the operations on June the 28th, 2019, and we have been bringing experienced and young talents since 2016.Joining us in lifting global trade, means being part of an exceptional field, where the right combination of experience, energy and ambition are given the opportunity to advance and develop throughout their careers!Key responsibilities: - Prepare the Asset Management Plan (AMP) of the terminal facilities (Yard, building, workshops, quay, fire network,…)- Ensure maintenance strategies are developed for all facilities under the responsibility.-He is responsible for the continuous review and improvement of maintenance strategies for all facilities under his responsibility, taking into account major and repetitive failures and feed back from internal and external stakeholders (authority,…)-Ensure that all planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed safely to minimize risks to the lowest possible level.-Ensures that emergency work is timely attended on given priority.-Ensure the safety of all technicians working within their team, leading by example through their own behaviors and practices.-Ensure that all facilities equipment under its responsibility is maintained in accordance with local legislation and standards specified by APMT.-Ensure that all preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and inspection activities are performed effectively based on schedule, running hours of operation, condition, etc.- Ensure that KPIs for availability, reliability, cost, etc. of facilities under their responsibility are monitored and achieved.-Ensure that all KPIs and measurements required for facilities are properly recorded and reported as required.- It is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all facilities, taking into account the age and maintenance of the equipment, by developing and carrying out appropriate prevention, forecasting and inspection activities.-Manage a risk-based approach to corrective maintenance in progress, taking into account the increased risk to safety and operation in the event of multiple failures or defects.-Ensure the most efficient use of their team, working closely with the Maintenance Planner to ensure work is accurately planned and executed.-Manage suppliers/subcontractors of all services under facility scope.-Manage spare parts inventory requirements for all facilities.-Ensure that their team has all the skills and competencies required to perform their normal duties.-Develop the skills and competencies of team members, taking into account succession planning and career progression, as appropriate.-Develop a budget for all planned preventive and corrective maintenance as well as typical equipment failures under its control.-Proactively track and manage the cost of equipment maintenance, responding to rising costs and identifying ways to reduce them.-Follow-up with Contractor for timely and quality execution of Maintenance, projects and Quality control on work done-Develop and participate actively in our decarbonization strategy that brings key elements of our Net Zero planning process to provide a high-level framework for how our organization is going to act on Net carbon.We are looking for :- Civil engineer from high school-Have more than 5 years experience in Civil projects ( Ports, infrastructure, heavy industry,…) or facilities management.- Deep Understanding of civil work and facilities: mastery in reading and interpreting schematics and diagrams-Advanced civil work analysis techniques to understand complex systems.-Practical Application of Schematics in Troubleshooting: Utilizing schematics for effective troubleshooting and fault identification in medium voltage infrastructure.-Preventive and predictive maintenance practices for civil work, based on manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.-Incident management, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning, with a focus on electrical system failures.-Innovation and Continuous Learning: staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in civil work/facilities, including smart technologies, IoT-based monitoring systems, and renewable energy integration.-Participation in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance engineering skills.-Able to listen to internal customer needs and constraints-Able to communicate in written and oral English-Able to manage crisis management situations-Risk management.- Lean approach.- Strong Leadership- Flexibility and open-mind approach,- Leading by example- Ability to report quickly.- Easy to communicate/exchange with our stakeholders.- Team spirit#LI-KE1#LI-POSTMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
