· Responsibilities include all administrative functions: Calendar/Outlook management, Organizing meetings/ follow-ups, preparing Minutes of meetings, meeting/event planning, Scheduling travels (hotel booking/ dinners/ transfers etc), managing correspondence and scheduling couriers, processing expense reports, , creating or modifying business documents, preparing presentations from source materials, handling teleconference setups, acting as a liaison for remote access issues. · Uses basic to intermediate software skills to perform work assigned. · May train/coordinate work with other administrative assistants. · Basic to intermediate knowledge and understanding of business processes and requirements. · Participate in multi-divisional project teams (when appropriate to experience and knowledge base, e.g. internet knowledge), with Regional Director, in order to follow-up with team members on action items when required. · 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to VP or Director · Strong computer skills: MS Office, Webex, Teams · Ability to work under pressure · Excellent interpersonal skills · Excellent time management skills, self-discipline and focus · Excellent accuracy and follow-up skills · Ability to handle confidential information
