Energy & Infrastructure Business Development Manager - Morocco Sales & Marketing
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Develop business strategy and strategic plan for the Energy & Infrastructure sector; Focus Commercial Buildings , Roadways, , Ports, Airports, renewable Energy ( PV , Wind , Hydrogen ) Water desalination projects. play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans to penetrate new markets, fostering long-term business relationships, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and technical teams. Business development activities include recommending new market initiatives, opportunities and acquisition targets to senior management. Lead and providing support on major contracts, tenders, and quotations. Attend industry conferences to locate business opportunities and enhance brand awareness. Work with Senior Management to develop formal proposals in response to request for proposals or quotations (RFP/RFQs) Utilize salesforce to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Provide accurate quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and reports to senior management, contributing to the overall strategic planning of the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering / business administration degree is a plus Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. In-Depth Knowledge of Infrastructure & Energy market in Morocco Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Fluent in English and French
