- Duty Station Manager Duty Station ManagerHybrid Model (remotely & in the office)As a Duty Station Manager, you’ll oversee safe, secure, efficient, and customer-focused operations. Facts Location Marrakech Employment level Direct entry Function Airport Staff Working time Full time Application deadline 01-22-2025As a Duty Station Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Build relationships with customers and act as a customer care ambassador Ensure staff embody LHG’s product philosophy and core values, delivering personalized service Monitor staff appearance and behavior to meet standards Conduct flight briefings and monitor supplier performance while frontline in uniform Oversee station processes (e.g., flight editing, catering, crew dispos) and handle special cases (e.g., UMs, DGR, MEDA) Collaborate with the Station Manager on handling processes and alternate airport procedures Support station organization (e.g., IT, training, audits) and monitor costs (e.g., catering, baggage, irregularities) Review invoices and request corrections as needed Ensure compliance with safety/security regulations and promote an open safety culture Oversee LHG and supplier staff, prepare duty plans, and manage rosters Coordinate training logistics and act as a Customer Care Trainer if assigned During assigned shifts, authorize employee overtime in compliance with local labor lawsThis role offers the opportunity to: Build relationships with premium customers and act as a customer care ambassador. Take charge of operational processes and drive quality improvements Grow your leadership skills by overseeing staff, managing training, and ensuring smooth station operations.Join our team - apply now!This role offers the opportunity to: The ideal Duty Station Manager should meet the following requirements: High school diploma or GED is required A bachelor’s degree is preferred A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience is required, including at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in ground operations Leadership experience is highly desirable A passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring its sustainable delivery is essential Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and French or Arabic is required Knowledge of the German language is considered an asset In-depth understanding of airport procedures and processes Successful completion of training in Passenger Service and/or Aircraft Handling is required Proficiency in PC applications and aviation-specific tools is essential A psychological assessment may be required Willingness to travel as needed Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime Please note you must possess a legal work permit in MoroccoWe kindly request that all applicants submit a CV and Motivation Letter with their application.About Deutsche Lufthansa AG The Lufthansa Group is an aviation group with operations worldwide.
