DOSM - Director of Sales & Marketing for a luxury hotel in Marrakech CØMPΛNIUM Hospitality is an Executive Search, specialised on Executive positions within the Hospitality industry, for top luxury hotel brands. 
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a DOSM for a luxury hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco.  Job Overview:
As the DOSM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness for their luxury hotel in Marrakesh. 
You will oversee a team of sales and marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving our goals. 
This is a full-time, permanent position. Requirements
French / English speakersExperience in luxury hotel groups as DOSM or DOS, if experience in top luxury brands (please, no premium groups, ONLY luxury and ultraluxury)Experience with all Sales segments, especially Leisure High-endExperience in a luxury International resort Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase brand awarenessLead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as neededWork closely with other departments, including revenue management, operations, and finance, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to sales and marketing effortsDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients, including travel agents, corporate clients, and event plannersConduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry trends and competitionPlan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and special eventsMonitor and analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and make adjustments as neededPrepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on sales and marketing efforts and resultsManage the sales and marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve goals Stay up-to-date on the latest sales and marketing techniques and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, in the luxury hospitality industryProven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategiesExperience managing a team and working collaboratively with other departmentsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareFluency in English and French, both written and spokenKnowledge of the Marrakesh / Morocco market and luxury hotel industry is a plus
