What You Will Be Doing
As a Digital Marketing Specialist – Marketing Automation, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing our global marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and deployment.
Managing marketing automation integrations with CRM systems, ensuring adherence to rules and best practices.
Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing data-driven insights for optimization.
Researching and implementing the latest marketing automation strategies and best practices.
Planning and executing A/B testing to improve conversion rates, campaign ROI, and sales growth.
Collaborating with creative teams to bring marketing strategies to life through automation tools.
Supporting lead generation efforts and database management, including lead lifecycle, scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation.
Experience in marketing automation platforms and best practices, as well as traditional marketing tactics.
Strong understanding of CRM integrations and marketing technology platforms.
A track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns and demand creation assets.
Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Strong project management and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
