In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and directing all creative efforts, ensuring brand consistency, optimizing Amazon visuals for performance, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. Your hands-on expertise in e-commerce creative, coupled with your leadership skills and understanding of the US market, will be crucial in amplifying ThreadNanny's brand presence and achieving ambitious growth targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Visionary creative leadership: Define and champion a strong creative vision encompassing branding, storytelling, and conversion-focused design across all touchpoints.
  • Team leadership & development: Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing clear creative briefs, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Competitive landscape analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitor visuals and continuously refine ThreadNanny's creative output based on market trends and best practices.
  • Conversion-focused optimization: Leverage your deep e-commerce expertise to create and optimize content (Amazon images, infographics, Premium A+, social media ads), ensuring maximum visual appeal, keyword integration, and conversion effectiveness.
  • AI-powered content innovation: Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation processes, improve design aesthetics, and develop engaging video content.
  • Influencer & UGC strategy: Develop and manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Video content creation: Oversee the creation of engaging video content, including writing scripts for ads, UGC integrations, and product demonstrations.
  • A/B testing & iteration: Implement rigorous A/B testing and utilize polls to continuously improve visual effectiveness and gain insights into what resonates best with the target audience.
  • Performance-driven optimization: Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACOS) to identify areas for creative improvement and implement data-backed optimizations across all visual assets.
  • Cross-platform brand consistency management: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for both Amazon and various social media platforms (Google, TikTok, Meta), ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Product launch creative coordination: Oversee the creation of all creative assets required for product launches, ensuring seamless integration with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Sales & positioning alignment: Ensure all creative materials effectively communicate product positioning and align with overarching sales goals.

Requirements:


  • Strong creative vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a clear and compelling creative vision across branding, storytelling, and conversion-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
  • Proven Amazon expertise: Deep understanding of Amazon listing optimization, A+ content best practices, and the creation of high-performing ad creatives.
  • US market experience: Prior experience working with US-based brands specifically targeting the US market.
  • Influencer & social media management: Proven experience managing influencer collaborations and leading successful social media marketing campaigns (Tiktok, Meta).
  • AI-driven content & automation: Experience leveraging AI-driven content creation and automation tools to enhance efficiency and creative output.
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to understand and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACOS) and apply data-driven insights to optimize creative output.
  • Proven leadership experience: Demonstrated experience in effectively directing and motivating creative teams to achieve project goals.
  • Portfolio showcase: A strong portfolio demonstrating successful creative work across branding, e-commerce, and digital marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results.

  • High-quality creative output: Consistent delivery of a high volume of impactful and on-brand creative assets (listings, A+ content, ads, video ads, etc.) within established timelines.
  • Improved Amazon listing conversion rate: Significant increase in Amazon listing conversion rates following creative updates and optimizations.
  • Growth in external traffic & sales: Measurable increase in external traffic and sales directly attributed to UGC, influencer collaborations, and branded content initiatives.
  • Enhanced ad creative performance: Improvement in key ad creative metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and ACOS.
