Hexcel is currently seeking a Contrôleur de gestion/Finance Controller for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Actively participate in developing a strong safety culture within the plant team & ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed rigorously.
• Participating in budget development and analysis of variances: Actual vs Plan vs LE, Quarterly Budget Reviews (LE), Monthly Forecasts
• Mastering industrial activity management processes (review of specifications and bill of materials, reporting anomalies)
• Ensuring monitoring and control of inventories
• Contributing to internal control activities and process improvement
• Monitoring industrial and financial KPI (Budget, costs, margins, CAPEX, financial project tracking)
• Cost calculation, stock valuation & provisions
• Participating in monthly and annual closings
• Preparation of Long Term Agreements
• Margin analysis

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or engineering school with a specialization in management control/auditing or a master’s degree in management control/auditing
• Mastery of industrial processes & proficiency in management ERP systems.
• General accounting, industrial accounting, analytical accounting & management control.
• Proficiency in computer tools: Excel, Power BI.
• Mastery of Moroccan accounting and tax standards is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication.
• Open-mindedness & strong work ethic.
• Analytical and anticipatory skills.
• Rigor and organization.
• Language:  French- Fluent, English- Fluent- required.
