Job Description
Mission:
The mission of a Site Construction Manager is to ensure the successful execution of the project by overseeing all on-site activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
Project Oversight: Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project objectives. Team Management: Supervise and direct site staff, subcontractors, and workers to maintain productivity and quality standards. Schedule Adherence: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Resource Management: Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment to achieve project efficiency. Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets established standards and project requirements. Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment. Communication: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the project timeline. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and changes to project plans.
Required Skills and Competencies
engineering degree in civil works, mechnical works
+15 years expereince in big scale projects, dessalination projects
fluent english, frensh and spanish will be plus
