Responsibilities :

• Scope, plan and execute operational excellence initiative as directed
• Provide analysis on the initiatives to support communication
• Effectively communicate progress, problems and risks using the tools and templates provided to you
• Support with timelines and rigor tasks and actions from SBRs, MBRs, QBRs and ABRs
• Support with analysis and identification of process improvements
• Support with deep dive on specific topics
• Support projects as per assignment
• Manage projects and changes in all sites owned by their own organisation
• Communicate effectively progress on projects to the Partner Management team
• Communicate effectively progress change roll out to the OCM change manager

Profile & Requirement :

• PMP or Prince 2 certified
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a project manager with a background in operations
• Ability to manage change
• Ability to design processes (preferable green belt certified but certification is not a must)
• Ability to manage complex projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with performing analysis
• Fully dedicated headcount; availability Monday to Friday
