As Assembly ME engineer, you will play a key role in Aptiv’s Manufacturing engineering Team, adopting Lean approach to Monitor equipment usage and identify opportunities for improvement, You will design, Implement and optimize manufacturing processes within automotive production environment, while ensuring efficiency, quality and high level of safety.

Your Role:
- Industrialization & Product maintenance :
- BOM for new launches/transfers and new PNs change.
- PFMEA standard and introduction AIAG VDA.
- Engineering change request feasibility and implementation (Customer/Internal request and VAVE)
- Cell design, Layout definition/execution.
- Internal and Customer Audit
- Continuous improvement :
- Manufacturing performance CI projects: MBTT, CT improvement, FT reduction
- Material performance initiatives: MCIP feasibility and implementation.
- Layout evolution and space optimization to integrate new biz.
- Operational project industrialization:
- Business and equipment transfer
- Capacity extension
Your Background:
- Hold an Engineering degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Industrial or mechanical engineering
- Experience and knowledge in the field of assembly technology is preferable
- Experience and knowledge in manufacturing engineer key tools FMEA, BOM, CI.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing processes
- Willingness to drive continuous improvements
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
