Area Sales Manager (Facade) We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager with experience within the Façade industry who can hit the ground running in a high-performing working culture. The person who takes on this position will be responsible to motivate their sales team to exceed their targets and maximize profitable growth to support the overall strategic sales growth, and profitability.

This role will lead the Key Projects/Key Accounts team and involves advocating systematic account development through the implementation of initiatives to achieve sales and product goals; it also includes the development of customer relationships and sustainable profitable sales growth as well as leading, developing and coaching your team of Account Managers.
As Area Sales Manager, you’ll be expected to meet and exceed our business targets, through partnering with our customers to understand their businesses, while developing loyal, win-win relationships. It also involves working with other management teams to capitalize on business potential across territories and taking an active role in supporting with key accounts.

A bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management or sales; key account management experience is advantageous Proven Facade Industry experience and Network Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English & French - written and verbal. Arabic is a plus Ability to identify, analyze, prioritize, and develop plans and strategies to grow the organization Influential leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and maximize the involvement of team members A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceed goals
