• Level of studies: Bac+5 in quality, engineering, production, or technical field
• Experience : Min 2 years experience on automotive industry
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
• High communication skills
Attributions & Tasks:
Improve internal and external quality results,
- Implementation of immediate actions to stop the non-conformity
- Collect, analyse quality data, conduct quality meetings and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper validation of the equipement & poka yoke,
- Check the effectiveness of corrective actions
- Development and follow-up of the 'weekly defect monitoring' as well as the follow-up of 'internal QIP'
- Follow-up of internal and external derogations.
- Organization of quality circles to develop immediate and preventive actions in the case of an external or internal claim.
- Internal quality roadmap "QIP" Follow-up
- Monitoring of actions taken during internal and external audits
- Ensure the realization of audits \_ Layered
- Responsible for the subordinates management (LQCs)
- Ensure good management & communication with the team
- Follow-up of the application of the rules of hygiene and security, and inform the department concerned on any non-respect of these rules..
- Ensure good level of 5's in the shop floor and office
- Ensure the application of internal and External procédure & Customer CSR
- Preparation of external documents (Request for deviation, rectification and, etc.)
