YOUR ROLE


The mission of the Air & Ocean Indoor Sales Professional is to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. This role involves increasing sales through proactive follow-ups and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, Air & Ocean Indoor Sales Professional enhances customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and reducing response times.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


  • Identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Contribute to revenue and profit targets by converting leads into active customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to secure and grow business.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails to promote products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend customer visits with field sales to continue strengthening relationships and understanding needs to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and prospects; work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth order processing, and ensure the feasibility of offers; communicate with other functions for payments, etc.
  • Stay informed about sector trends, market conditions, and competitors, and develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and value propositions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Minimum of a Bac + 2 in Logistics and Transport, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as inside sales or customer service.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead conversion, and account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of international sea and air freight.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and similar entities.
  • Experience using CRM
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of building trust and fostering long-term relationships with customers.
  • Skilled in managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
