How to contribute to our vision
Are you passionate about making a difference and contributing to protecting our planet from further damage? We are looking for a dedicated Aftermarket Operations Manager for the Africa Sub-Region to play a pivotal role in reinforcing our aftermarket business. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the quality and timeliness of customer responses, monitoring the execution of aftermarket operations, and driving profitability improvements.
Ensures implementation of and adherence to strategies, policies, processes and methods for service operations activities (technically and/or commercially), for assigned organizational unit.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Enhance and increase Aftermarket opportunities in Africa subregion, being the focal point to customers’ needs and first response provider
Streamlining internal process to provide technical response solutions to customers
Participate actively in elaboration of the corresponding Aftermarket offers with Sales Team
Present product portfolio to customer and materialize opportunities allowing increase profitability in the subregion.
Monitor and coordinate the safe execution of the Aftermarket solutions with full ownership and responsibility of associated P&L
Liaise with all involved internal functions to insure a quick and successful response
Lead Africa Customer focus Program
Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools
Ensures the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, and profitability
Implements workforce development measures
Acts a primary Actively support in claim management process and escalation contact to customers and resolves issues with external and internal stakeholders
Supervises/conducts participate to the negotiation of and adherence to Service Level Agreements
Supports in developing service leads
Ensures obeying regional laws and regulations
Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff
What You Need to Make a Difference

High level of customer service skills as well as the ability to respond quickly to service/parts calls
Must be motivated and fast paced personality with serious work ethic
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
