  4. Manage and motivate the marketing & sales team to achieve targets and deliver results.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  7. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
  9. Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
