Quality Control Executive

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Executive to join our team. The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food products manufactured by the company, in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will lead the quality control department, developing and implementing quality control policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
2. Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
3. Identify and resolve any quality-related issues or non-conformities
4. Document and maintain accurate records of all quality control activities
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
6. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
7. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes and procedures
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control

Preferred Candidate:

1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance or Engineering
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
3. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Experience with ISO certification and audits
8. Proficient in using quality control tools and software
9. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
10. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
