Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Tripoli, Libya. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. You will also be responsible for training and supervising housekeeping staff, as well as managing inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
2. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
3. Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
4. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
5. Handle guest complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
