Chef De Partie

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team in Tripoli, Libya. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, ensuring the highest quality of food and presentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the Head Chef.
2. Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and freshness.
3. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
4. Supervise and train junior members of the kitchen team.
5. Assist in the development of new menus and dishes.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
