Chef Assistant

The Chef Assistant will be responsible for assisting the chef in various tasks in the kitchen. They will support the chef in preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a maximum of 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the chef in preparing ingredients for cooking.
2. Help in cooking and plating meals.
3. Follow recipes and ensure the quality of the dishes.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
5. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.
