Catering Supervisor

The Catering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering & Hospitality operations, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards and that customer satisfaction is achieved. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations, with a strong background in food preparation and service.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service.
2. Ensure that food is prepared and served according to established standards and recipes.
3. Monitor food quality and presentation, and make adjustments as necessary.
4. Train and supervise catering staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of catering operations.
5. Coordinate with clients to determine their catering needs and preferences, and ensure that these are met.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations.
2. Strong knowledge of food preparation and service techniques.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
