We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tripoli, Libya. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles and a maximum of 7 years of experience. As an Administrative Assistant in the catering and hospitality department, you will be responsible for providing support to the catering and hospitality general manager and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department. In addition to general administrative duties, you will also be responsible for procurement duties.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate administrative functions and activities in the catering and hospitality department.
  2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to catering and hospitality operations.
  3. Organize and maintain files and documents specific to the catering and hospitality department.
  4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents related to catering and hospitality.
  5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the catering and hospitality general manager.
  6. Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
