Inventory Management, LogisticsWarehouse Storekeeper – Beirut, LebanonJob Summary The Warehouse Storekeeper manages and oversees the inventory of spare parts for heavy equipment operations. Key tasks include receiving and organizing spare parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and handling. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of equipment maintenance by ensuring parts availability and organization.Position Location: Maten Area, Lebanon Business Industry: Heavy Equipment and Spare PartsKey ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts to maintain accurate inventory records. Stock Organization: Organize and label spare parts to ensure easy access and proper storage conditions. Replenishment Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders to replenish inventory when needed. Issuance and Tracking: Process and track parts issued to internal teams or external clients. Storage Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization in the storage area to support operational efficiency. Manual Handling: Lift and load parts into pick-up vehicles as needed.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience: Prior experience in spare parts inventory management or a similar role (preferred). Skills:– Ability to read English. – Eagerness to learn about spare parts and their applications. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical Capability: Ability to lift and handle heavy parts when required.
