Our client Hallab, a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and high-quality confectionery products, is seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join their team at their branches in Sin El Fil and Jounieh, Lebanon.
Responsibilities:
-Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive table service to customers
-Greet customers, present menus, and make recommendations on food and beverage selections
-Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen
-Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers
-Monitor customer satisfaction and address any questions or concerns promptly
-Upsell additional menu items and specials
-Maintain a clean and organized work station and dining area
-Assist with light food preparation and restocking as needed
-Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
-Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role in the food and beverage industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
