Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in vendor management or a similar role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other vendor management software. Knowledge of the gift industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with existing vendors. Source and onboard new vendors to expand product offerings. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms. Monitor vendor performance and quality of products/services. Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely manner. Analyze vendor performance data to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
