User Researcher

Presentail is looking for a User Researcher to join our Achrafieh office. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, gathering insights, and analyzing data to inform product development and improve user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a similar discipline
- Proven experience in conducting user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and user testing platforms
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to identify research goals and objectives
- Develop research plans and methodologies to address key questions and gather relevant insights
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to collect qualitative and quantitative data
- Analyze research findings to identify trends, patterns, and user behaviors
- Generate actionable recommendations to improve product usability, functionality, and overall user experience
