Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via calls, messages, and follow-ups to promote and sell our beauty tech products.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative approach and persuasive communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a sales-driven role is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Basic knowledge of beauty products or skincare devices is a plus but not required.
