Talent Acquisition Internship
Job Purpose
Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by assisting in the hiring process. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, from posting job vacancies, screening and sourcing candidates to coordinating and conducting interviews. You will gain valuable insights into the recruitment practices across several sectors and develop your skills in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Update the company’s job vacancies on multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews with assigned recruiters or hiring managers
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
- Support in creating and promoting social media content that showcases our company culture and attracts top talent

Currently enrolled in Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field.
