System Administrator

Aspire Software is looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

• Server Infrastructure Management: Provision, patch, and maintain Windows and Linux-based servers across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Virtualization Oversight: Manage and optimize VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Network Administration: Configure and maintain Layer 3 networking, including routing, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall policies.
• Security & Monitoring: Deploy, monitor, and manage antivirus, firewalls, and logging systems including Graylog and RMM tools. Perform routine penetration testing or work with vendors to assess infrastructure security.
• Log Management & Analysis: Set up, aggregate, and proactively analyze system logs to detect issues and trends.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor hosting resource usage and recommend or implement changes to improve cost efficiency.
• Cloud Readiness & Migration: Assist in planning and migrating workloads to AWS or Azure, when applicable.
