About the job Social Media Executive
Planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that promote a companys brands, products, and services across all digital networks (Google, Facebook, Instagram,Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and any new and trending social media platforms)Professional and technical understanding and implementation of SEO, SEM, PPC & web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. Planning and executing digital marketing budgets. Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns. Oversee a team of social media executives in building and implementing a digital marketing campaign to publish a variety of outlets, and working with them to brainstorm ideas prior to building a schedule for each element of the campaign. Oversees all company social media accounts management. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages for all Social media platforms. Ensure that all graphics, animations, video edits, etc are developed, delivered and published on time across all digital platforms Maintain accuracy of all content Collaborates with other team members, including Content writers, customer service, brand executives to come up with innovative content to create brand awareness and credibility. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) Building our corporate social media strategy covering in GCC build or corporate identity alongside the ecommerce head of department. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, updates and best practices and technologies to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the industry. Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms. Professional understanding of digital marketing and digital production. (Audio video projects) Understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and other design tools Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing Collaborates with the corporate and country marketing teams in order to plan Maintains digital marketing staff by counseling, orienting, training, and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Preparing blog posts for the website and aligning with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Preparing email marketing campaigns. Ability to Integrate analytics, pixels and other relevant data measurement scripts and tools to extract and monitor campaigns success and performance of all digital marketing initiatives Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Overseeing PR & Influencer agencies as well as pushing team to collaborate directly with influencers Working closely with head of department to establish and execute successful strategies and campaigns.
