Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a skilled Sitecore Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining websites using Sitecore CMS. You will be responsible for implementing Sitecore solutions, customizing components, and ensuring a seamless and efficient web experience.
What you'll be doing:
Develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore-based websites and applications. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure the site's functionality and aesthetic align with client needs and project goals. Implement Sitecore best practices for site architecture, performance, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve Sitecore-related issues and bugs. Create and manage Sitecore templates, layouts, and components. Integrate Sitecore with other systems and third-party services as required. Perform regular site maintenance, including updates and patches. Optimize web performance and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers. Assist in training and supporting users and stakeholders on Sitecore functionalities.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Sitecore CMS, including Sitecore 9 or later versions. Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Sitecore development tools and features such as Sitecore Experience Manager, Sitecore Experience Platform, and Sitecore Experience Database. Knowledge of Sitecore Helix architecture and best practices. Familiarity with SQL Server and Sitecore's data storage mechanisms. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sitecore certification (e.g., Sitecore Developer Certification) is a plus. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
