Job Overview
Neo Mena Technologies is currently looking for a Senior UI/UX designer – based in Beirut to enrich their skills and grow as part of a team at the heart of digital innovation.
As a Senior UX/UI Designer you play a critical role in leading design projects, setting the strategic direction for user experience and interface design, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will also mentor junior designers, ensuring the highest design quality, and contributing to shaping the design culture and vision within the company.
You will be responsible for implementing the design of new features and interfaces across platforms while heavily involved in product discovery with product and development teams.
To bring designs to life, you should be an excellent team member whilst also showing resourcefulness and the ability to work through challenging problems. It will be your responsibility to complete work of a high standard in a time-sensitive environment.
We look for candidates who possess superior UX UI skills and can translate complex user journeys into smooth and intuitive interactions.
