The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for managing key
HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting both
employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling
employee relations and workplace issues.
Communicate and enforce HR policies, job duties,
compensation, and benefits.
Maintain and update personnel records, including attendance,
leave management, and employee data.
Oversee organizational charts and ensure timely updates.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings,
candidate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
Prepare and process employment documents such as job offers,
contracts, and government declarations (MOF, NSSF, etc.).
Conduct new employee orientation and coordinate induction
plans.
Administer payroll data, ensuring timely submission to the
accounting department.
Prepare and distribute HR-related memos and official
attestations.
Oversee employee exits, ensuring proper clearance and
documentation.
Handle audits related to employment records, insurance, and
schooling benefits.
Manage employee performance evaluations and KPI
implementation.
Supervise medical insurance processes, including renewals
and claims.
Coordinate issuance and management of access and fuel cards.
Generate regular HR reports and fulfill management requests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and
compliance.
Strong knowledge of the Lebanese labor law, social security (NSSF), and
government regulations.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
