Sales Support & Client Relations Specialist – Beirut, Lebanon
Role Summary: The Sales Support and Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for preparing competitive offers for clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication and follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of logistics solutions, and the ability to deliver exceptional support to clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Offer Preparation: • Prepare and present tailored offers for clients based on their specific requirements and our service capabilities.
• Analyze client needs and prepare competitive quotes and proposals to address those needs effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the offer align with service capabilities, pricing strategies, and client expectations.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt responses and ongoing communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Work closely with clients to gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance service satisfaction and loyalty.
Follow-Up & Support:
• Regularly follow up on offers and inquiries to ensure clients receive timely responses and updates.
• Monitor the progress of active shipments and relay relevant information to clients, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, offers, and communications in the CRM system.
Market Insight & Offer Optimization:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine and improve the competitiveness of proposals.
• Suggest ways to improve offer accuracy, turnaround time, and presentation quality.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client needs from quote to delivery.
• Work with the sales and logistics teams to optimize solutions and maintain competitive pricing structures.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven experience preparing quotes, offers, or proposals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
