Sales Specialist- Digital & Signs

A Printing, Packaging, and Signs Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Digital and Signs Sales Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion through various sales techniques (cold calling, client visits, etc.).
• Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Conduct weekly reporting to managing partners regarding sales, purchasing projects, and opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales admin team to manage leads, check inventory, dispatch materials, and support purchasing department.
• Monitor and track the sales pipeline and conversion rates to optimize sales strategies.
• Visit current and potential customers weekly to ensure satisfaction and promote product offerings.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Management, International Trading, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years in Sales or Business Development, or 2+ years of relevant experience in the domain.
  • Experience in Sales, Operations, or Technical roles within a printing house is a significant advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (business level) and Arabic.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and influence effectively.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
