The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve sales targets. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
