We are seeking a motivated and articulate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor to engage potential clients and schedule meetings for our sales team.
PLEASE READ: This is a full-time position with an expectation to be online and available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (15:30 to 00:30 Beirut Time) Monday through Friday. This role has a salary of $1100/month.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
• Follow a pre-designed script to introduce our services and gauge interest.
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and meeting outcomes in our CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
• Provide feedback on call interactions to help improve the calling script and approach.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
