- Provide administrative support to the Mechanical Pumps Unit, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and tender documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, relay messages, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Manage export documentation and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Enter data into CRM and SAP systems and maintain organized records (digital and physical).
- Coordinate monthly workshops and support team meetings by preparing minutes.
- Assist with performance reporting, including budget vs. sales analysis and presentations.
- Ensure timely communication of account statements and client confirmations.
