About the job Sales Coordinator

MADI International is a leading distributor in the beauty and salon industry across the Middle East. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by improving the sales cycle, tracking opportunities, and providing insights to increase revenue. It is a full remote job from home from Lebanon


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the sales team in managing leads and ensuring accurate data entry in the Salesforce platform.
  • Assign sales representatives to accounts and track sales activities.
  • Analyze sales opportunities and provide recommendations to potential clients.
  • Monitor sales reps daily call cycles and routes.
  • Assist in stock analysis, identifying slow-moving items, and recommending action plans.
  • Manage promotions, offers, and order allocations after necessary approvals.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring brand growth and performance improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to help close more deals and enhance sales efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or business support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
