Job Summary:As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking reservations for various services, such as hotels, airlines, restaurants, and events. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide information, make recommendations, and finalize bookings.Job Responsibility:- Receive incoming reservation requests from customers and provide accurate and timely information about availability, pricing, and booking procedures.- Assist customers in making reservations by entering their information into the system, selecting appropriate options, and confirming booking details.- Handle any modifications or cancellations to existing reservations as per company policies.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless booking process and excellent customer service.- Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to reservations in a professional and efficient manner.Candidate Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.- Proficiency in using reservation software or systems to manage bookings effectively.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
