Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training design and delivery. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience in both in-person and virtual environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) is a plus. Willingness to travel within the region when required.
