Recruitment Specialist – Lebanon (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Team in Lebanon. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier executive talent for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in executive recruitment and be able to build relationships with candidates and clients.

Location: Metn, Lebanon – Hybrid
Main Duties and Responsibilities:• Receive and record details of job vacancies from employers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant positions.
• Prepare job descriptions and letters of appointment when needed.
• Search résumé databases and portfolio sites.
• Post advertisements on our career webpage, job sites, social media, etc.
• Attend job fairs to network and source new candidates.
• Contact industry professionals to ask for referrals.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Interview applicants and prepare shortlists of candidates for referral to employers.
• Provide applicants with information about the job, tasks, responsibilities and work conditions.
• Coordinate interviews between the employer and candidates.
• Conduct and analyze tests.
• Check references and suitability of candidates before referral to employers for interview.
• Advise job applicants of the success or failure of their application.
• Negotiate terms of hire with candidates on behalf of the client.
• Maintain a periodic follow up with the placed candidate and the employer to ensure a successful placement and satisfaction of both parties.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• Experienced in various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• 1 to 2 years of Experience in a similar role
• Certifications and Trainings in HR are a plus
