Real Estate Cold Caller

This is a performance-based position. We have an immediate opening for a highly ambitious and purpose-driven individual to join and grow with our team! 


1. Pay structure will depend on experience level and what the applicant would prefer. Can choose hourly or commission based pay. 


- Salary: $10 an hour plus bonus on every deal closed. 
- Commission:


- Wholesale: 5% of wholesale fee
- Listing: 3% of 3% commission
- If I buy: 1% purchase price


2. Your primary responsibility is to source real estate opportunities.. A couple of main prospecting strategies we utilize are door knocking and cold calling. If this is not something you are comfortable with doing, this is probably not the right position for you.


3. Must be OK with weekly training meetings as well as morning check-ins to get a game plan together and answer any questions you might have.


4. No benefits


Responsibilities Include:


● Responding to inbound leads and prospects via multiple channels (SMS, SEO, Cold Calling, direct mail, etc.). Some leads may call off the clock, take the calls.


● Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner
● Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the


CRM
● Be willing to communicate with leads outside of work hours
● Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources
● You will occasionally need to visit sites (if you're in state) to install a lock box, take pictures, etc
● Talk with distressed sellers that want to sell their house. Build rapport with them and overcome objections.
● Open and willing to learn & improve on all softwares used at the company on your own time


● Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research and MLS
● Daily prospecting activities using various mediums as identified by the company
● Maintain company records and tracking systems
● Meet and exceed monthly quotas


Bonus pay after 90 days if KPI’s are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
