PURSUIT MANAGER
We are seeking a Pursuit Manager to support the Head of Growth in driving the business development efforts, responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end pursuit process for new client opportunities. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, strategy, creative, and account teams to create compelling pitches and proposals that resonate with prospective clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Agency:
Collaborate with the Growth Lead to define pursuit strategies and win themes for each pitch.
Manage the RFP response process from kickoff to submission.Act as the central point of contact for internal teams during the pursuit process.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions, strategy meetings, and pitch rehearsals.
Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to evaluate the success of pitches.
Document lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve the pursuit process of final files while adhering to project deadlines. P
Project Management:
Create, manage, enforce, and publish project plans, RACI charts, and timelines when responding to RFIs, RFPs, and presentations to prospective clients.
Establish relationships built on credibility, trust, and a service-minded approach to solving problems.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
3–5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a similar role.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Strong writing, editing, and presentation design skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
