• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
• Manage tenant relations, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Supervise service providers, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure quality performance.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, property regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense control.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to property performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in property management, facility management is a must.
• Strong knowledge of property regulations, maintenance procedures, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple properties and work efficiently under pressure.
