We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage event and exhibition design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, from initial concept creation to final client presentations. This role requires a creative individual with strong project management skills, capable of collaborating with a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver outstanding designs that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Concept Development and Creative Leadership:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for each project.
• Draft and produce innovative themes, concepts, and mood boards that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Lead the creative team in developing and refining 3D renders, technical files, and other project deliverables.
• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Client Communication and Presentation:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns and making necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the final concept and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the creative team, including designers, 3D artists, and technical specialists, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring all creative and technical aspects of the project are aligned.
• Quality Assurance and Final Delivery:
• Oversee the final quality check of all deliverables before client presentations.
• Ensure that the final designs meet both client expectations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Event Management, Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the event industry, preferably with a background in interior design and/or architecture.
• Proven experience in managing event or exhibition design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of design processes, including concept development, 3D rendering, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and technology in event and exhibition design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
