Job Description

Nucleus Ventures is seeking a dynamic, experienced and Independent (non-employed) Project Management Consultant to join our team on project basis. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with clients and the operational advisors team to manage projects frameworks, provide operational optimization advisory, and propose innovative solutions. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Engagement: understanding and managing clients challenges.


  • Project Management:


    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.


    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.


    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.


    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.


    • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.


    • Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.


  • Operational Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on operational efficiency, process improvement, and organizational change management from the project management perspective.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:


  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Program Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects and programs. Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).


  • Experience in project management softares(clickup, Jira…)


  • Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Operational Advisory: Knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement techniques.


  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural teams.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • PMP Certification 


  • Fluency in English


  • Fluency in French is a big plus


  • Experience with task management tools
