Product Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business development, to define product requirements and drive product roadmap execution.
• Lead the design and development of blockchain products, from concept to launch, ensuring they align with business goals, user needs, and industry standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform product design decisions, focusing on improving user experience and conversion rates.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on blockchain products and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive product launches, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans, messaging, and collateral.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members of the product design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze key metrics and user feedback to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

• You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with managing, tracking, and optimizing paid campaigns.
• You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role and a demonstrated track record of driving growth in a similar product category.
• You possess strong expertise across various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
• Prior experience in launching new products or new markets is a strong plus.
• You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and are comfortable dealing with the media.
• You have the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• You are a strong problem solver and strategic thinker.
• You are organized and self-disciplined, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.(is a strong plus, While design skills are a strong advantage, it is acceptable if you do not specialize in design by the end of the process.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and design thinking processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
