On Marketing Plan & Implementation
- Conduct a thorough brand & initiatives diagnosis through the use of internal systems and sales figures
- Propose brand goals and annual sales targets per product
- Propose the annual marketing budget for assigned products
- Draft the annual marketing plan for assigned products
- Implement the yearly marketing plan including strategies/initiatives as per set action plans
- Assist in preparing needed data to schedule and implement trainings' agenda in collaboration with concerned
- Follow-up on new product launching plans ensuring timely execution of set initiatives
- Ensure promotions are created and developed in a timely manner and as per the set guidelines
- Monitor the marketing budget vs spending and provide recommendation(s) accordingly
On Market Research & Competition Analysis
- Conduct physicians and customers’ research to get an understanding of their needs and motivation; propose recommendation accordingly
- Conduct market situation analysis to ensure that product line is competitive in the market place (market dynamics, market growth, market share, medical feedback, penetration strategy, competition status...)
On Customer Relations
- Build and maintain a distinguished relationship with the medical community
On Reporting
- Submit monthly executive reports highlighting (sales achievements, growth, poor vs strong performing products...) and including recommendations/way forward
