Key Responsibilities:
1. *Sales and Business Development*:
- Achieve personal and team sales targets by promoting a variety of insurance products.
- Identify opportunities for new business and build relationships with potential clients.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand the client base.
2. *Team Leadership and Development*:
- Undergo leadership training to manage a team of insurance agents.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new agents.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching to ensure achievement of sales goals.
3. *Client Relationship Management*:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with appropriate insurance solutions.
- Address client needs and provide exceptional service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage renewals and policy adjustments as necessary.
4. *Administrative and Reporting Duties*:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of team activities and sales pipelines.

5. *Training and Development*:
- Participate in training programs to enhance insurance product knowledge and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications:
